Please specify upon drop off that the items are for “Operation: Easter Basket.” To make a cash donation to go toward the event, please send checks to: PO Box 5099 Reno, NV 89513 or contact Auburn Harrison at (775)322-7073 ext. 235 or aharrison@ccsnn.org.

"We're giving these children an Easter basket and Easter party, a chance to meet the Easter Bunny...we want them to feel loved and feel included in this holiday just like any other child," says Harrison.

Timothy and Gina Jones are their six children are living at the family shelter in Reno. "It really touched me. My kids can have Easter and I thank you guys so much."

Catholic Charities & The St. Vincent's Programs have held Operation Easter Basket for three years now - and this year the charity plans to share Easter with 500 kids, but they need to make it happen. This year's celebration will be held one week before Easter at the St. Vincent's Dining Hall.
