The Street Vibrations Fall Rally rolls into town Thursday, a celebration of the official end to the motorcycle riding season.
The event has new headquarters this year - Reno's Neon Line District, on Fourth Street near The Sands.
"We've moved into this area and we hope to be here for the next three years," said Randy Burke, owner of Roadshows, Inc. "It's very secure and it's all brand new and it has beautiful artwork all around. If you haven't seen it at night with all the neon signs, it's a gorgeous piece of art, and we're right in the middle of it."
Most of the events over the next four days will be in Downtown Reno, but there are events in Carson City and Virginia City as well.
They're expecting between 35,000 and 50,000 bikes to make the trip to Northern Nevada for the rally.
"We have a large group of riders from Northern California, Oregon and Washington that come down every year, and they're all itching to get here this year," Burke said.
The Neon Line District is set up for dozens of vendors and 15 bands, and the American Heat Custom Bike Show has been moved to the new venue as well.
"It's going to be in a huge tent down here and we're going to have more than 85 custom motorcycles that you would normally see in a museum," Burke said. "They're all going to be on display. it's a beautiful sight; they're rolling art forms."
