Reno Police say a Washoe County school teacher who was suspected of lewdness was found dead in California.
Police say 36-year-old Eric Zika's body was found on March 18th in Willows, California north of Yuba City.

Investigators believe back on February 3rd, he inappropriately touched a girl who was collecting donations for a school project with a friend.
According to the Washoe County School District’s website, Zika taught social studies at Pine Middle School. The district has not said whether he was put on leave after the alleged incident was reported.Â
Officers are asking anyone who may have had contact with Zika to call Secret Witness at 322-4900, or text your tip to 84711. Your call will remain anonymous.Â

Police also want to remind parents to never allow their children go to stranger's homes alone or without adult supervision.
