Swedish Capital hit Again by Predawn Blasts, One Injured

For the second time this month, predawn explosions minutes apart have rocked Stockholm.

The two blasts damaged buildings and slightly injured one person.

Explosives were used but authorities have ruled out terrorism.

Fifty people were evacuated following the blasts at housing complexes on the Swedish capital's northwestern outskirts.

The explosions damaged balconies, windows, doors and the insides of some apartments. They took place 500 meters (yards) apart.

Sweden has in recent years seen explosions and shootings linked to feuding gangs
