The Bishop Police Department in Bishop, California says crews responded to a shooting at the North Main Street Shell station on Monday evening.
Officials said two people were shot and one was killed.
They said a woman was arrested on Tuesday morning. There are no outstanding suspects.
Law enforcement had the area on lock down while they searched for the suspect near Jean Blanc Road.
