116 traffic citations and 22 warnings were given during Pedestrian and School Zone Safety Operations conducted by Reno Police in November.
Officers carried out operations in active school zones or areas of heavy pedestrian traffic, according to a release from the City of Reno.
Efforts were focused on drivers and pedestrians who were violating laws that enhance pedestrian safety.
Operations were possible with help from a grant provided by the Nevada Office of Traffic Safety.
