Highway 89 Closed Due to Flooding

Residents are being let back into town through Monitor Pass but they're asking visitors to stay away while they clean up.

A portion of Highway 89 remains closed. Residents can get to Markleeville via Monitor Pass.Â
Mail services in Markleeville will also continue at the Gardnerville Ranchos Post Office until further notice.
