Winter Storm Warning Starts Friday Night

A winter storm warning goes up for the Sierra Friday evening through noon on Sunday with 1 to 3 feet of snow expected in the higher elevations making travel difficult with delays and road closures possible on Saturday.

Our valleys will see rain on Saturday and a rain snow mix by Sunday morning.

Weather and travel conditions improve by Sunday afternoon.
