Not many people bleed silver and blue quite like Mark Glodowski, the owner of Silver and Blue Outfitters.

When this long time Wolf Pack fan heard that Eric Musselman would be leaving Nevada, he honestly wasn't all that surprised.

“If you look at Muss's career here and the four years he was here, it was pretty clear to me that this was his final year,” says Glodowski.

For Glodowski, Musselman's announcement was nothing new since over the years, coaches have come and gone. Glodowski says it seems to be part of the reality in being a mid-major school.

“Bigger schools come sniffing when you have success."

The success of the team is something that Wolf Pack fans and students have grown used to and many fans aren't ready to let that go.

“I'm just disappointed that it won't have the same energy that it's had for the last three years and the excitement knowing that we're going to be good,” says Erik Clark, a student at the University of Nevada.

Glodowski doesn’t agree that Muss's departure should determine the energy level or talent of the team. He says some of that responsibility falls on the fans.

“I hope that the city of Reno realizes that it takes everybody all in if you really want to play with the big boys and have sustained success."

No matter how tough it can be to watch a coach like Musselman leave, one thing has remained the same through it all for Glodowski and that's been his store.

“This is home for me, this is what we're invested in,” says Glodowski. “We're Wolf Pack first, foremost and always and no single coach will ever be bigger than that, but certainly appreciate what Muss did while he was here."

President Marc Johnson with the University of Nevada released this statement on Monday: "Coach Eric Musselman, Danyelle and his family made a positive impact on the Wolf Pack men's basketball program. They lit a spark on campus and within the community spurring historic levels of support and recognition. We sincerely wish them well in their next endeavor."
