 According to a work permit, a new In-N-Out Burger is planned to go up at 915 West Fifth Street.
The work permits were accepted on Monday
No official construction date has been announced yet, but when it does start, construction is expected to take about five to six months.
Plans include areas for a drive-thru - as well as outdoor seating.
Other development plans show a Cracker Barrel planned for the same area.
