The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority unveiled a new aviation facility on Tuesday that will help them serve corporate and private aircraft from across the country.
Atlantic Aviation opened the new terminal on the east side of the airport, where most of the general aviation and corporate planes are based.
The facility caters to clients who arrive on corporate jets, as well as single-engine pilots.
"It certainly will help us in terms of economic development as we have folks that come in and scout the area, use this facility, it provides a very positive impression of our region," says Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority Chairman Adam Mayberry.
The new terminal cost $7 million to build.
