Crews are responded to a brush fire near Pyramid Lake on Thursday night.
The Emergency Response Coordinator for Pyramid Lake, Don Pelt, says crews are on scene at Rawhide Beach, halfway up NV-446 between Sutcliffe and Nixon.
The Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District (TMFPD) says they responded as well.
TMPFD says the fire is about one acre.
They said it was started by fireworks.
Don Pelt said the fire was knocked down quickly.
