Crews are on scene of a vehicle vs. motorcycle crash on South Virginia Street near South Meadows Parkway. 

Nevada Highway Patrol (NHP) says the driver of the car may have been making an illegal left turn.

They say the motorcycle driver was traveling at a high rate of speed.

NHP says the driver of the car stayed on scene.

They say the driver of the motorcycle was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.

NHP says Northbound South Virginia is closed at this time and one southbound lane is closed as well.
