Elko Police Department

The victims, a man and a woman, said that three men wearing dark clothing entered their home armed with a baseball bat and hammer before attacking the woman and placing the man in a chokehold.

Elko Police are investigating after a man was hospitalized Tuesday morning with several stab wounds to the head. No suspect has yet been identified.

After the investigation, the case will be forwarded to Elko County District Attorney's Office for review.
