A new outdoor fitness court just opened in Sparks.
It's located at Ardmore Park, next to the Larry D. Johnson Community Center, at 1200 12th Street.
The City says the workouts available are adaptable for all fitness levels.
It was created with people aged 14 and over - and all abilities in mind.
People who want to use it can download the Fitness Court app to enhance their workout experience.
This Fitness Court was developed by Renown Health, the City of Sparks, and National Fitness Campaign.
