Crews contained a fire on Rattlesnake Mountain early Saturday morning.
The fire burned 7.59 acres, breaking out around 2:39 a.m. on Saturday, July 18.
Truckee Meadows Fire and Rescue says the steep and rocky conditions on the mountain presented some challenges, but no homes were threatened.
Sierra Front is reporting the Rattle fire as a wildfire.
