Silverwing Development has announced the completion of the Clubhouse and commencement of pre-leasing activity for the 236 unit multi-family, luxury, urban style community in Victorian Square.
On Saturday, Fountainhouse will begin accepting priority wait list applications for an August 2016 move-in. Hours of operation are weekdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weekends 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The clubhouse is located at 1400 Avenue of the Oaks in Sparks.

Approved tenants have first choice of units and can select from nine distinct floor plans including 1 bedroom/1 bath, 2 bedroom/ 2 baths and 2 bedroom/ 2.5 baths. Units will be fully alarmed for fire protection and upstairs units will a townhouse design with vaulted ceilings. Residences will have the option to have direct/indirect access garages or assigned covered parking spaces. All residences will have an outdoor deck/patio. Two furnished models will be available to preview in late-July 2016.
