A fugitive wanted for four alleged sex crimes is now behind bars in El Dorado County awaiting extradition to Utah.
The Department of Justice says Devin Randolph was wanted on charges of rape, aggravated kidnapping and sexual assault and forcible sodomy.Â
On September 9, the Salt Lake Police Department requested the assistance of the U.S. Marshals.
Both Marshals in Salt Lake City and Reno coordinated efforts to get Randolph into custody.
Randolph, an avid camper, was believed to have been frequenting both the Reno and South Lake Tahoe area.
