Lear Theater Front Entrance

A memo to the Reno City Council has outlined the physical status of the Lear Theater in downtown Reno to assess its safety to the public.

Four options have been pitched to the Reno Coty Council for the restoration of the Lear Theater by the Architectural Resources Group. Many on the council said even the most affordable option is likely too expensive.

Staff will begin creating a process to evaluate future proposals from outside entities to purchase the theater.
