Macy's is holding a Seasonal Holiday Hiring event November 12, to fill seasonal positions at stores.

A variety of opportunities are available with competitive pay, access to flexible scheduling, bilingual work environment, merchandise discount and the opportunity to earn additional bonuses.

New this year to provide a safe and convenient hiring experience, Macy’s will conduct all interviews for in-store opportunities by phone.

The quick and convenient process allows seasonal candidates to interview from wherever.

To support Macy’s convenient shopping experience, stores will also offer a new, versatile role focused on picking and packing contact-free curbside pickup and same-day delivery orders.

Macy’s colleagues help bring the magic of Macy’s to life during the holiday season, performing various functions critical to providing customers the best shopping experience. Below are several examples of Macy’s roles that fit a variety of skills and interests:

• Do friends and family come to you for make-up tips? Macy’s seasonal cosmetics and beauty colleagues help others find their inner beauty and create customized regimes using products from the hottest brands.
• Love the satisfaction of products perfectly aligned on a shelf or rack? Macy’s seasonal merchandising support associates are responsible for arranging and maintaining attractive visual presentation in windows, on ledges, shelves and fashion panels throughout the store and more.
• Are you a people person who connects with others? Macy’s seasonal At Your Service associates help customers with Buy Online Pickup in Store transactions, ringing and processing return merchandise and more.
• Interested in spreading Macy’s magic near and far? Macy’s seasonal receiving and fulfillment associates drive a great shopping experience for omnichannel customers through tasks like receiving, packing and shipping, fulfillment picking and more.

Macy’s has implemented enhanced safety and wellness procedures to help alleviate any potential health concerns, following the Centers for Disease Control's recommended protocol.

Additionally, Macy’s provides colleagues with face masks to help prevent the spread of the COVID19 virus and conducts daily wellness checks which include asking a series of recommended questions and temperature checks to support a safe working environment.
