Man Faces DUI Charge After Fatal Boat Collision Near Laughlin

A California man faces charges of DUI and involuntary manslaughter after a boat collision on the Colorado River killed a woman last Friday. 

Department of Wildlife game wardens say the collision happened near Laughlin.

Authorities say 23-year-old Tammie Lynch of New York was transported to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center where she later died. 

Wardens say 35-year-old Samir Hernandez was arrested and charged in the incident.Â
