Nevada Highway Patrol says the rider of a motorcycle was injured after a crash involving a passenger car Saturday morning in Zephyr Cove.
The motorcyclist was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
The eastbound left-hand lane on US-50, also known as the Lincoln Highway, was blocked for a few hours. NHP says traffic was able to get by on the shoulder. They were asking drivers to use caution as crews cleaned up the scene.
