FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures with lows 26 to 30 degrees Friday
morning. Outside of urban areas, sub-freezing temperatures with
lows 20 to 25 degrees.

* WHERE...Greater Reno-Carson City-Minden Area.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 8 AM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
