A 72-year-old woman graduated from Silver Stage High School on Monday.
Vera Brockman was part of the adult education program through the Lyon County School District.
"You got to know the plan. It took a long time, and there were a lot of obstacles, and I didn't think I was going to make it and then they met me at the senior center so I could study there. I mean they went out of their way to do this," said Brockman. "You can make it, you can do anything. If I can do it at 72, anyone can do it."
