Local leaders, business owners and fans of clean transportation will be converging in Stateline on Thursday, August 24th, for the second annual Lake Tahoe Electric Transportation Forum.
Taking place at the Tahoe Blue Event Center from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the forum aims to present rich and innovative panels and exhibits about federal and local grants and successful clean energy programs.
Top policy experts, government representatives, and private sector stakeholders are brought in who wish to improve the environmental and economic future of the Lake Tahoe basin.
Also at the forum is a Zero Emission Zone exhibition featuring a variety of electric bikes, off-road vehicles, cars and boats.
A mixer called High Voltage Nights will also take place, where attendees can network with policymakers, business leaders, electric vehicle owners and other green transportation stakeholders.
Registration is open and space is limited; to register and find more information about the forum, visit the forum's website.
