Deputies are investigating an early morning shooting that left one man in critical condition in Plumas County.
Deputies responded to a 911 call on Delleker Park Drive in Delleker just after 2 a.m. Thursday to find an unidentified man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a trauma center, where he remains in critical condition.
Deputies say a suspect, 47-year-old Michael Romero of Graeagle, was later found in his car and arrested.
Based on the information currently available, investigators believe this was an isolated incident and there is no further threat to the public.
This investigation remains active and ongoing.
