The U.S. Forest Service - Plumas National Forest has released an update regarding the La Porte Fire, which broke out on Wednesday.
They are reporting that the fire is now contained.
Crews are currently patrolling the area to keep an eye out for hotspots.

On Wednesday, firefighters responded to a 15-acre wildfire dubbed the La Porte Fire.
The fire started a quarter mile north of La Porte Road near Woodleaf, according to a release.
Crews worked into the night on suppressing the blaze, and work continued on Thursday.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
