Idaho Stabbings Survivor Fighting Subpoena To Testify

A surviving roommate from the tragic murders of four students in Idaho is filing a motion with the Washoe County District Court to dismiss a subpoena to testify in Idaho.

A preliminary hearing had been scheduled for June 26, but now that will be skipped and the case will go directly to a judge.
Latah County Prosecutor Bill Thompson now has 60 days to inform the court whether he will seek the death penalty in the case.
