Police say one person is in custody after a standoff at the Silver Legacy Resort in downtown Reno.

It happened after an armed robbery suspect was seen going into a room at the casino and then refused to come out. 

Police say the suspect surrendered peacefully. 

The suspect's name hasn't been released.
