A crash closed a southbound onramp on U.S. 395 and Parr Boulevard, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.
Reno Fire Department says the car was on its roof.
According to NHP, the driver of the car was sent to a hospital with serious injuries.
NHP says the ramp is closed until further notice.
