Aug. 10, 11:26 A.M. update:
Both the Double Spring and Ruby fires in Douglas County have reached 100% containment after lightning sparked the two fires Saturday, according to East Fork Fire.
The Double Spring Fire burned about 100 acres just south of Leviathan Mine Road off U.S. 395 and north of Highway 208. The Ruby Fire burned about 200 acres in a remote area off Pinenut 2 Road.
No structures were lost, and no injuries were reported. The evacuation warning that had been issued for the Double Spring Fire was lifted Sunday morning, and crews were working to reopen one lane of U.S. 395. The fire had been estimated at 130 acres at that time.
The Ruby Fire was accessible by Type 6 brush trucks and UTVs because of its remote location.
East Fork Fire remains in unified command with the National Wildland Fire Service, with about 100 personnel working on the two fires.
East Fork Fire credited partnering agencies, including California and Nevada resources, the Washoe Tribe, Douglas County Sheriff's Office and Douglas County Emergency Management, for their assistance.
Fire personnel will continue monitoring conditions Monday as the area could see high winds, high temperatures and low humidity.

East Fork Fire Protection District continues to fight two separate fires in Douglas County.
One is the Double Spring Fire just south of Leviathan Mine Road off U.S. 395 and north of Hwy 208.
The other is the Ruby Fire off Pinenut 2 Road. Both fires were a result of lightning.
The Double Spring Fire is approximately 100 acres. No structures have been lost, no evacuations are in effect, and no injuries have been reported.
The Ruby Fire is approximately 200 acres and is in a remote area, accessible by Type 6 brush trucks and UTVs.
East Fork is in unified command with the National Wildland Fire Service.
There are approximately 100 personnel working the two fires and more resources on the way.

Fire crews are responding to a fire burning in Douglas County.
The Double Spring Fire is burning near Hwy 395 and Spring Valley Dr. in the Double Spring area of Douglas County.
It has burned an estimated 50 acres.
