The Douglas County Board of Commissioners met Thursday to discuss a Vacation Home Rental ordinance.
It was just a first reading so nothing was approved, just that they'll have a second reading at a later date which was not said during the meeting.
A big part of the ordinance will be whoever is renting the vacation home has to be 25 and on the property at all times with a valid ID.
