Free Pet Wellness Clinic - Feeding Pets of the Homeless logo

Families who are experiencing homelessness or financial hardship in the Reno area are invited to a free pet wellness clinic.

The clinic takes place on Saturday, May 17 at the St. Vincent's Dining Room parking lot at 325 Valley Road in Reno. The event starts at 8:00 a.m. and goes until 12:00 p.m.

Pets will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.

Attendees will have multiple services available to them, including:

  • Basic examinations
  • Vaccinations
  • Microchipping
  • Spay/neuter vouchers
  • Pet food and supplies
  • Human flu shots

Multiple organizations teamed up to bring the clinic back, including Feeding Pets of the Homeless, Galena Veterinary Hospital, Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada, Nevada Humane Society, Washoe County Housing & Homeless Services and Northern Nevada Public Health.
