The Reno Fire Department is adding a 15th station to its lineup.
The fire station at Reno-Tahoe International Airport has officially become part of the Reno Fire Department list.
Dave Cochran, the Reno Fire Chief, says in a Facebook video, "We absorbed all of the employees of the airport fire department, so they're now all Reno firefighters, and the airport station has become our 15th station."
Cohran adds, "We're operating under the umbrella, same dispatch, same system, so the responses are seamless."
The Reno Fire Department will also renumber their stations one through 15.
