A Las Vegas man faces charges in connection with a deadly hit-&-run crash in Sparks late last month. 

The crash happened near South 21st Street and Glendale Avenue on June 29th, around 9:30 p.m.

Police say 48-year-old Kyle Cormier was arrested this past Tuesday and booked into the Washoe County Jail on the following charges:

* Duty to stop at the scene of a crash involving death

* Duty to give information and render aid

* Expired vehicle registration.

The pedestrian was taken to a hospital but died shortly after.

The victim’s name has not been released.
