The Las Vegas Sphere emoji now has a name!
Meet Orbi!
Many times his giant yellow, curious looking face with big eyes can be seen early in the morning, yawning, waking up while overlooking people below. But, he's also watched watch F1 races (wearing a helmet), and dressed up for holidays. When it gets too hot outside, he can even be seen sweating.
Thursday's announcement coincides with the posting of a new online store for the Sphere and its 'Orbi' collection.
The Sphere opened to the public in September 2023 and cost $2.3 billion to build. Currently, the Eagles are holding a residency with Dead & Company appearing starting next month. Later, this year, Kenny Chesney and Backstreet Boys will also hold residencies.
