Santa Claus

Santa is getting a little extra help in Reno this year. The Richard Harris Law Firm is teaming up with the man in red to make sure local families in need can enjoy a magical holiday season through its annual “Operation Secret Santa” program.

Each year, the firm’s team of Santa’s helpers delivers decorated Christmas trees, festive meals, and gifts to families across Nevada, ensuring that children wake up to the wonder and warmth of the season.

“Every year, our firm looks forward to the opportunity to give back to the communities we are so proud to serve,” said Richard Harris, founder of the Richard Harris Law Firm. “Christmas is about love, family, and generosity; and Operation Secret Santa allows us to share that spirit by bringing comfort and joy to families who might otherwise go without. It’s one of the most meaningful traditions we have as a firm.”

“This initiative continues to grow each year, allowing us to help more and more families across Nevada,” said Josh Harris, managing partner of the Richard Harris Law Firm. “We know times are tough for many right now, and Operation Secret Santa is our way of doing something about it, giving a little extra holiday magic when it is needed the most.”

Community members can nominate families who may need Santa’s helpers this season starting Friday, Oct. 17, on the firm’s website at richardharrislaw.com/operationsecretsanta.

Submissions close Friday, Nov. 7, and the selected families will be announced Monday, Nov. 10.

Each chosen family will receive a Christmas tree and decorations before Thanksgiving, followed by a special meal and wrapped gifts delivered just before Christmas Eve.

The firm invites everyone to follow along on social media for updates as Santa’s helpers make their rounds across Nevada, spreading kindness and Christmas cheer.
