The Lyon County Sheriff's Office Sex Offender Task Force recently discovered an out of compliance Tier III sex offender while doing compliance checks.
According to officials, 28-year old Jorge Medrano of Fernley had violated his sex offender registration requirements.
Medrano was arrested and booked into the Lyon County Jail one one charge of violating sex offender requirements, a felony charge.
