A high school student in Lyon County has been arrested for allegedly threatening to bring a gun to school to use against students.
The student allegedly threatened to bring the gun to Silver Stage High School and use it against fellow students, according to a release from the Lyon County Sheriff's Office.
Though the student is 18, the Sheriff's Office did not name them.
The suspect has been taken into custody and transported to the Lyon County Jail.
They say there is no ongoing threat to students or staff at the school.
