A man is behind bars after deputies say he repeatedly stole items from the Jacksons Food Store on Lemmon Drive.
Deputies say the alleged thefts took place over the past two weeks and each time, the suspect ran away.
With the help of employee interviews and surveillance footage, Justin Barnett was identified as the suspect.
When officers approached him on Tuesday, he ran away prompting a pursuit.
Ultimately, Barnett was arrested and booked into the Washoe County Jail where he faces charges of Petit Larceny and one count of Resisting a Public Officer.
