7:40 P.M. UPDATE:
Nevada State Police Dispatch phone lines are now available for incoming roadside emergency and assistance calls following an issue earlier Sunday morning.
For all other emergencies, people are asked to continue calling 911.
The Nevada Department of Public Safety dps.nv.gov website is still down as the State of Nevada is continuing recovery from an early-morning network issue.
Some state websites, online services, and office phone lines may be slow or briefly unavailable while work continues to restore service.

NHP and Nevada State Police Dispatch phone lines statewide are currently down.
For roadside emergencies, you can still call 9-1-1 to request Nevada Highway Patrol emergency assistance.
The Nevada Department of Public Safety website (dps.nv.gov) is also currently down.
The agency says its working to fix this issue and will provide updates as they become available.
