Overnight lane closures will take place near the South Virginia Street and McCarran Boulevard intersection in south Reno starting the night of Thursday, June 4.
The Nevada Department of Transportation will perform routine bridge inspections through Friday, June 5 at 5:30 a.m.Â
South Virginia Street reduced to one lane in each direction near the South McCarran Boulevard intersection (from Meadowood Mall Way to Kietzke Lane).
Southbound I-580 exit 31 flyover ramp to Kietzke Lane intermittently closed.
Speed limits will be reduced in the work zone.
Drivers should expect moderate travel delays, and are advised to leave extra travel time.
The lane reductions are for routine bridge inspections of the I-580 bridge over South Virginia Street, as well as the southbound I-580 flyover ramp to Kietzke Lane.
