The Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Washoe County is alerting drivers of a bridge closure that will affect traffic in the area.
According to a release from the RTC, the Ralston Street Bridge that runs over Interstate 80 will be closed for resurfacing.
The closure started Tuesday, June 24 and work is expected to be completed by Thursday, July 3.
This work is part of the RTC's 2025 Bridge Maintenance Project, which will also be working on deteriorating desk of the Evans Avenue, Valley Road and Kuenzli Street bridges later in the year.
