The Reno Fire Department responded to a fire in northwest Reno Sunday morning.
The fire broke out in the bedroom of a home, damaging furniture in the bedroom and causing smoke damage throughout the home, according to a spokesperson for the Reno Fire Department.
It happened on Van Ness Avenue around 8 a.m.
Nobody was injured in the fire and the home is still livable. Flames were contained to the bedroom where the fire broke out.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
