If you drive on Virginia Street, you might encounter some new lane reductions this weekend in south Reno.
NDOT says they plan to re-stripe parts of the road overnight starting Sunday between east Patriot Boulevard and Mt. Rose Highway up to the Geiger Grade intersection.
Drivers may encounter single lane closures in the area from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
NDOT tells us they expect the project to continue through July.
NDOT says the route is used by as many as 26,000 travelers daily to access business, residential, and other destinations.
