Local Food Network, a Reno-based nonprofit that produces Reno’s only year-round farmers market (the Riverside Farmers Market), will host their Holiday Bazaar celebration on November 19, 2022 on Riverside Drive at the McKinley Arts & Culture Center from 9 a.m. to 1 pm.

The Bazaar will showcase over 70 local artisans alongside the farmers market’s local farms, ranches, and culinary offerings.

This event invites community members, nearby farmers, growers, ranchers, artisans and more to showcase their goods.

The Holiday Bazaar has over 100 vendors for attendees to explore along with live music, craft circles, a warm clothing drive for the homeless, hot breakfast and festive libations. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to take professional pictures with Santa Claus and Holiday Family Portraits.

The market is encouraging shoppers to consider local farm goods for their holiday meals, especially with a new turkey farmer located in Fallon.

The event will take place within and surrounding the McKinley Arts building.

“We are excited to host our annual Holiday Bazaar as it is definitely our most festive market of the year. Our local farmers and ranchers are eager to fill plates with their fresh harvests and we have a wide array of specialty foods to enhance holiday meals. We create this wholesome event for families to enjoy while they discover the many talented local makers, bakers, and farmers in our area.” said Kasey Crispin, organizer of the Holiday Bazaar and director of the Riverside Farmers Market.
