Our community came together once again with incredible generosity and holiday spirit. Thanks to YOU, the 33rd Annual Share Your Christmas Drive-By Food and Fund Drive was a tremendous success! We are grateful for every donation, every volunteer, and every partner who helped make this year special.

Here are this year’s preliminary totals:

Reno, Grand Sierra Resort

  • 86,241 pounds of food
  • $230,832.96 in monetary donations

Carson Valley Inn & Casino

  • 41,615 pounds of food
  • $92,574.07 in monetary donations

Nevada Governor’s Mansion, Carson City

  • 18,033 pounds of food
  • $6,703.00 in monetary donations

Fernley, Raley’s

  • 4,469.20 pounds of food
  • $4,484.00 in monetary donations

We will share the full, finalized totals for each location as soon as all information is confirmed.

If you were unable to attend on Friday, the Food Bank of Northern Nevada is still accepting donations.

Directions from Reno/Sparks:
Drive east on I-80 and take Exit 32 (USA Parkway). Turn right at the end of the exit ramp, then follow USA Parkway for 2.5 miles to Italy Drive. Turn left onto Italy Drive—the Food Bank will be on your right.

Suggested Non-Perishable Donations

  • 🥘🍝Canned & Shelf-Stable Meals: stews, soups, ravioli, chili (low-sodium preferred)

    🥜🍥🍗Proteins: peanut butter, tuna, salmon, chicken, dried or canned beans

    🥣🍚Grains: whole grain cereal, oatmeal, brown rice, whole grain pasta

    🧃Fruits: canned fruit (100% juice or light syrup), dried fruit, applesauce (no sugar added), 100% juice boxes

    🥫Vegetables: canned, no-salt-added/low-sodium preferred

    🥛Dairy: shelf-stable milk

    🥨Snacks for Kids: granola bars, popcorn, animal crackers, graham crackers

    🍼 Baby Products: formula, baby food, infant cereal

    Please avoid items in glass containers.
