It's burning in grass, brush and hardwood fuels and is exhibiting active fire behavior according to the Bureau of Land Management.
No evacuations are in place.
Cornin Fire
The Cornin Fire is 10 miles northeast of Austin and has burned an estimated 100 acres with 0 percent containment.
The fire is burning in pinyon-juniper, grass, and brush fuels. Fire behavior has been moderate, with wind-driven runs.
No evacuations have been ordered.
