Two registered sex offenders have been arrested after Lyon County deputies say the men didn't comply with their verification requirements.
Deputies say Richard Baker is a Tier III registered sex offender and failed to complete his required registration as required under Nevada law. On September 25th, the Dayton man was arrested for a felony violation and booked into the Lyon County Jail.
Also on September 25, deputies arrested Stephen Lafever of Fernley. Lafever is a Tier III registered sex offender and failed to complete his required registration as required under Nevada law. Lafever was arrested for a felony violation and transported and booked into the Lyon County Jail.
