A second crash occurred Thursday morning on the southbound side of South Virginia Street at South Hills Drive, across from the scene of an earlier three-car crash, according to 2 News Nevada crews on scene.
Nevada State Police said the crash happened around 7:50 a.m. as crews were clearing the earlier northbound crash.
It involved three cars, all traveling southbound.Â
NSP said a Nissan rear-ended a pickup truck, which then hit the back of a Corolla.
The driver of the Nissan suffered minor injuries.
NSP reminded drivers to pay attention to their surroundings and drive safely through accident scenes, noting that motorists should focus on the road ahead rather than the crash itself.
